Where are you located?
We are located in Shelbyville, Kentucky. Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days from our shop located at 626 Frankfort Road, Shelbyville, KY. 40065. In most cases orders placed before Noon EST will be shipped the same day.
Do I need a tax id number to place an order?
You don't need a tax id number to place an order, however if you live in Kentucky and don't have a tax id number you will be charged sales tax. You will need to create an account to place an order.

Can my order be shipped to a different address other than the billing address?
First time credit card orders must be sent to the billing address. All Paypal payments will be shipped to the PayPal confirmed address. If you pay with PayPal and the address isn't PayPal confirmed we reserve the rights to cancel the order.
How are the products packaged?
Each product is individually packaged in clear packaging. Quite a few items have a hole punched in the packaging so you will be able to hang those items up to display them. Others don't have the hole. You can punch holes in that packaging or display those items in a bin or container of your choice. Every package has a sticker with the item number on the outside of the package. This makes it fast and easy to check the items in once you receive the order. If you want to verify the packaging type for specific items just send us the item number or title and we will be happy to help you.
Do you supply a catalog?
No. We do not have a printed catalog. Our inventory is continually changing so that our customers have access to the most up to date styles and prices.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. Most orders take 2-5 business days for delivery. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail with the tracking information.
What shipping method do you use?
We offer USPS Standard Mail and USPS Priority Mail shipping. For orders under $50 USPS standard mail is $4.00 and USPS priority mail is $7.95. All U.S. orders over $50 will receive free shipping. For orders over $50 a signature will be required upon delivery. If you would like your order shipped using a different carrier or using a different method please contact us at email@example.com. We will try to accommodate your request if possible. Final approval is at the discretion of Ablaze Wholesale Jewelry.
Do you ship internationally?
We do offer shipping to Canada. Canada customers will need to contact us for a shipping quote.
Can I make a purchase by phone, mail, or fax?
Yes - Call us at 502-437-2219 between the hours of 9 A.M. - 4 P.M. EST Monday - Friday. Please have the sku/item numbers ready before you place the call.
Do you charge Sales Tax?
We are only required to charge sales tax for the state that we are located in. Since we are located in Kentucky we are required by law to charge sales tax for all orders shipped to Kentucky. No sales tax applies to all other states.
For Kentucky Customers Only: If you provide us with a Re-Sale Certificate for the state of Kentucky, we will return your sales tax.
What can cause my order to be delayed?
If the billing information you provided does not match what your bank has on file (including address and telephone number), your order may be delayed. If you pay via PayPal you must have a PayPal confirmed address. Please note: We do not ship to P.O. boxes. If you use a P.O. box in the shipping information when placing an order, your order will be delayed until we get the correct shipping information for your order.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards. You can also make payment using PayPal. Paypal also processes all of our credit card transactions.
Do you allow cashier checks or money orders?
No, we do not allow cashier checks or money orders.
