Return Policy

If you aren’t completely satisfied with your order, you may return the product within 14 days of the delivery date.  Please contact us for a return authorization number.  The items must be new in the original packaging.  Be sure to package the items well to prevent any damage.  Please include a copy of the packing slip in the package.  The original shipping charge to you and the return shipping charge to us in non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for inspecting and counting the products upon receipt.  Claims for missing products or damaged products must be made within 5 days of the delivery date.  A picture of the damaged product(s) must be sent to info@ablazewholesalejewelry.com.  We will contact you with further instructions. 

Returns received after 14 days of the delivery date will be charged a 15% restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund amount.  We will not accept any returns past 30 days of the delivery date.
